All general conditions below listed are applicable to all products and services showed on this website

Please read carefully this instructions before you place and order. Any order placed means you have read and accepted all our conditions.

SEA-ARTIST will be able to change these conditions without notice, maintaining former conditions for any operation previous to these changes.

PRICES

All prices on their respective currency are applied at the time your place your order.

All prices include VAT.

PAYMENT

All purchases can be made both trough wire transfer to Art Traffic S.L.(1) or trough our secure Credit Card Foot Bridge(2). All major Credit Cards are accepted.

(1) Wire Transfer: You will obtain a 3% discount on any product with this system. Discount it is only applicable to the item you bought and not to the shipment cost. You will find instructions of this method at the last step of your purchase.

(2) Credit Card trough our secure server: All information required will be processed trough a secure server (https) and it goes directly to the bank in order to authenticate the Credit Card employed.

You always pay with same security levels as when you buy anything on a regular store.

We are not able to see any data you that introduce, going all records directly to the bank (Banco Popular Español - Pasarela 4B).

DELIVERIES

Any delivery will take 3 to 15 days depending your area address and you shipment method selected (Ordinay Mail or UPS Express).

SHIPMENT COST

You will find it within the purchase process for international areas. Domestic areas within Spain will be charged only with 8 € on ordinary mail basis.

Prices for international shipments do not include any custom duty or local tax. If you have any doubt please do not hesitate to contact us through our contact form here.

DEVOLUTIONS

Any product has 7 days satisfaction guarantees since you received it. Any devolution must be re-sending on the original box within 7 days.

SECURITY

All electronic transactions are made trough a Secure Server.

SEA-ARTIST will keep strictly confidential any communication with our customers. All personal data will remain on the Spanish National Protection Data Agency according the Spanish law (Ley Orgánica 15/1999).

LEGAL

Any transaction made trough www.sea-artist.com are under the Spanish Law Court rules.
